When I couldn't even change channels, I was more than frustrated and was thinking about cancelling the service and give up TV altogether, it isn't worth the price to begin with. The latest firmware version is 1335.0 as of 26.11.2024. If your TV is not this version here’s a link to the download. It is a rather large download but maybe it will resolve your problem IF the TV is not at this version.
